Hello everyone. This is going to be a small monthly update to the Aggregate Sub List, as there has only be a small change in GameWith’s list. Most notably, they added the 7* GFE Reeche (which I discussed in May 25th’s post), Makoto Yuki from Persona Collab finally (May 6th’s post), and re-added some recently buffed Megazine All Stars cards. These include Meliodas, Natsu, and Ippo. In today’s post, I will just go over their changes and what made them regain their honour again.
(Also, my best wishes to the people affected in the Osaka Earthquake earlier today.)
Ippo I have talked about in my previous Aggregate Leader List. In short, however, he has good awakenings and an even better active skill of fire orb change + 5 turn awoken bind recovery for a short 7 turn CD, perfect for tackling Alt Arena.
Natsu‘s active’s skill CD was reduced by 6 from 16 to 10, dramatically improving his elemental absorb null and fire orb creation. Also, he gained super awakenings, most notably cloud resist to which can cause major inconvenience in Alt Arena and the likes. Possibly promoted from his usual “Inherit” status to “Sub” in fire-based teams (fittingly, he can work in Ippo’s team)
Finally, we have Meliodas‘s buff. Added a Time Extend Awakening and access to Super Awakenings such as board seal resist, FUA, and notably team HP boost, which can compliment any squishy team. Not the game-breaking buff to put him back on top again, but he’s definitely more relevant in the meta.
Finally, if you were wandering about how the new June Bride cards/uevos fit in the sub tier list, I suspect that they will not be making it on. While the cards themselves such as Rushana and Scheat are an absolute feast for the eyes, they mostly only fit in niche rolls such as 3p or farming. Similarly, the same applies for the Duel Masters Collab in JP this week.
If anything, we should be seeing Magic the Gathering Collab dropping soon, and if it’s as hype as Gungho is making it, then the cards they’re releasing would be every bit worth rolling for. My guess is next week, seeing as how they’ve shown us the teaser page already ever since the end of GungFest. Also, with the Collab being “high profile”, I’m expecting a 10-stone REM from them actually. Either way, personally I am saving every last stone I can muster for the next big REM.
That will conclude for this week’s post. Thanks for reading, and Happy Puzzling!
DISCLAIMER: (quoted from SetsuPAD)
“Do NOT take these ratings as facts; I encourage you to simply take them as a starting point for discussion to figure out which subs are actually the best for your specific situation.”
Cards you own that are not on these Tier Lists are not automatically nonviable, and cards you own that are on these Tier Lists are not automatically viable.
The Subs below mostly accompany top combo/colour leads, such as the leaders from my “JP Aggregate Leader List” posts. They boast tremendous firepower through their multiple 7c awakenings and/or have valuable killer awakenings (such as God, dragon, devil killers). HOWEVER, they are not universal; all subs should be built around your leader, and more importantly the DUNGEON you are tackling. Which goes back to my main point: “Don’t take these ratings as fact; I encourage you to simply take them as a starting point for discussion to figure out which subs are actually the best for your specific situation.”
