Hello everyone, ZicaZow here bringing you another big update to the tier list. After considering the feedback on the weighting of top 10 lists, I have concluded that it does not work well with the tier list system. Therefore, GameWith and Altema have been purged.
With 2 sites left for the Aggregate Leader List, I needed another tier list. I have narrowed it to 2 candidates that will be joining us. I will be testing out the more concise one first, a JP site called Sqool. A relatively newer site compared to the old giants, but nevertheless has solid posts and tier lists. One thing to note, is that I debated and did not include the C tier from Sqool, because, from my understanding, their C tier is actually just him providing a list for “popular and recommended new-player leads”.
I feel a lot better about this week’s JP Aggregate Leader List than the previous one I did on August 2nd. Here’s to hoping our 3 tier list sources don’t convert to the Top 10 format!

The new Kamimusubi has a high ATK multiplier when HP is above 80% and a synergistic active skill to maintain HP. A whopping 17.5x burst for just maintaining HP and matching dark and wood orbs, and a 25% shield to boot.
Tachibana Ginchiyo remains high on the list because of her 7×6 board and a very favourable pairing with Revo Sakuya, able to fully activate both LS every turn with such a big board. In addition, their jammer and blind resist is icing on the cake. Having blind resist is very nice to have especially on a 7×6 board. Having jammer resist gives protection to your LS activation orbs. All of these contribute to her high placing amongst tier lists.
New additions such as Wedding Eschamali and Beach Eschamali are invading the tier list mostly because of her burst damage. Able to achieve 12x of raw multiplier by just matching 5 orbs together with 1 OE is very impressive, especially for farming dungeons like Arena 1/2. I say raw multiplier because her 7 orb enhance awakenings will contribute a lot more to her damage. Also has a tanky 1.5x HP multiplier. Weak against binds.
The 4 Neys on tier 4 has only a 49x ATK multiplier by themselves when paired with a friend, along with a 43% shield. Nothing impressive, but the extra 4 seconds of move time is nice to have considering the Neys all have 2 7c awakenings along with 2 TPAs. Making a 7c board with a couple TPAs, and the Ney will dish out a ton of damage by themselves. For this reason, Ney parties will usually have subs that also have 2 7c awakenings (such as herself, Yuna, Tachibana Ginchiyo)
*Finally, some explanations on the Tsukumo Mutsu guy in Tier 4. While he only has max 6x ATK and 25% shield, resolve monsters become more cakewalk than the Follow Up Attack awakening. Has to pair with Diablos to achieve any kind of damage, however.
Eschamali was explained in my comments to the Aggregate Tier list. Beach Fujin addition to S- can be explained by her easily activated leader skill. 2.5x ATK and a shield for just 6 combos is a godsend since you’ll be aiming for 7c to burst through floors anyway. Her 2 7c, combined with 2 time extends and 3 skill boosts and a sbr is just disgustingly good. Not to mention her active skill feels right at home for dungeons like Arena 1/2/3.
Fenrir’s addition was pretty quick IMO. Without a doubt, his new ult evos definitely improved on their leader skill and awakenings. 7x ATK and 25% shield for 2+ jammer combos on top of his 2.5x atk and rcv to the common Devil type, and he has huge burst potential. In addition, he is able to loop his active skill providing you have 2 sub fenrirs and a friend fenrir lead. The RCV multiplier also means stalling becomes easy if you have just 3 heal orbs each turn.
