Hey guys! It’s another strange week for the Leader Tier List. Game8 has revamped their list and its gotten pretty weird. I will do my best to explain the changes below.First with something small: AppMedia has added Rushana to S- (consequently, Game8 adds Rushana to their list as well, suddenly ranking at S). Having FUA, decently high stats, and other useful awakenings on a FARMABLE card was a huge plus mentioned on Game8 and AppMedia. Pairs well with herself for 4x HP, or pair with OdinDra’s cross ult for a balance of both HP and RCV. Hopefully we can see trends of these strong farmable and accessible leads later on.
Finally, the Game8 changes you’ve been waiting for. Game8 has changed their description of what dungeons they are basing their list off of. It used to be based on “Arena 3/3 Player coop”, but recently I’ve noticed it got changed to “Arena 3/Alt. Arena”. This explains the huge changes in their list. If you haven’t skimmed through the changes below yet, I suggest you do so now before I get into details.
Leaders that scaled poorly on the damage department all got cleaned out of “A” tier. Also notice Yog got demoted in their list and the Aggregate list. Since 3p UDR is no longer in Game8’s consideration, quick and dirty leaders such as Awoken Kinnikuman and Yog lost some of their value on the list, along with some others.
Also, considering Diara’s appearance (who has been around JP PAD for a long while now) up to S tier and Rushana’s sudden jump in tiers, it is certain Game8 is taking the leader swap inherit card, Rii, into consideration.
However, AppMedia and Sqool has stated that they have yet to decide how they want to rank their cards based on Alt Arena and Rii yet, so their list now has different criteria compared to the Game8’s new list. Therefore, this week’s list (and possibly new ones to come) will be a little chaotic and unstable. And thus, please read and understand the DISCLAIMER below before making any decisions and/or asking questions.
DISCLAIMER: (quoted from SetsuPAD) on all current and future Aggregate/Tier lists: “Don’t take these ratings as fact; I encourage you to simply take them as a starting point for discussion to figure out which leads are actually the best for your specific situation.”
Cards you own that are not on these Tier Lists are not automatically nonviable, and cards you own that are on these Tier Lists are not automatically viable.
These tier lists assume BEST subs (often hard-to-acquire GFEs/collab cards) tackling hard dungeons (Arena 3, 3-Player Rushes, ALT Arena/Arena 4). Therefore, their uses largely depend on your box, your progression in PAD, and personal puzzling/comboing skills.
