Hey people. I have been super busy since beginning of September, and probably for the months to come as well. Might have to aim for biweekly or even triweekly posts from now on.
And it didn’t help that GameWith, once again, decided to change their tier list format. Now they’re settling with a pairing system, which is definitely a better representation for tier lists nowadays, but is a nightmare for me to try to aggregate.
The PAD Aggregate Leader List this time around may be weird as a result. Check out GameWith’s new format here. As for the Aggregate list itself, DMeta falls to Tier 4, and many Water cards are seeing a rise in tiers as a result of our humble auto FUA Coco Felkena.
Lists aside, here are my quick impressions on the REMs happening on both NA and JP Puzzle and Dragon servers:

GungHo Collab REM (NA)
Like my opinion on it during JP’s run a few months ago, the diamond rate is quite high. If you manage to score the Chrono Magia characters (usually the ones with Dark color evos), then you got a pretty solid leader or Assist. Not to mention the plethora of new 7* they’ve added to the REM lineup.
I would rate this REM better than the usual 10-stone Super Godfest, and on par with the 10-stone SGF with Seasonals mixed in. Unless you have most of 6* and 7* from the previous GungHo collab, you can roll more than just a few for this REM.
Hokuto no Ken REM (JP)
Hokuto no Ken returns for its 5th run on the PAD JP server starting next week! As usual, there were a ton of buffs to bring this old REM into the current meta. Notably, they promoted all the 4* into 5* Golds, some 5* into 6* and some 6* into 7*, whilst giving buffs to everyone across the board. Kenshiro, Raoh, and Kaioh became 7* and received great Assist Evos to go with them (4 hazard resist awakenings each)
Perhaps the most anticipated character is now Raoh’s ult evo form. He is now effectively a Fire auto FUA card, similar to that of the Tier 1 Ina and Coco Felkena. We will see how high he places on the tier list starting next week.
As for my impressions on the REM, the 5* rolls are still underwhelming in comparison. The diamond rates will probably float at around 15% maximum, which is actually around average given that this REM is only 5 stones per roll. That being said, I’m actually leaning towards not rolling in this REM. However, with the recent Sonia Story Mode’s 120 free stones, you’re more than welcome to test your luck for a few rolls.
Finally, the normal 10-stone Super Godfest for both servers, as usual, has become stale and I do not recommend rolling unless you’re new.
DISCLAIMER: (quoted from SetsuPAD)
On all current and future Aggregate/Tier lists: “Don’t take these ratings as fact; I encourage you to simply take them as a starting point for discussion to figure out which leads are actually the best for your specific situation.”
Cards you own that are not on these Tier Lists are not automatically non-viable, and cards you own that are on these Tier Lists are not automatically viable.
These tier lists pretty much assume BEST and OPTIMAL subs (often hard-to-acquire GFEs/collab cards) tackling hard dungeons (3-Player Rushes, Alt Arena, Arena 4, etc.) Therefore, their uses largely depend on your box, your progression in PAD, and personal puzzling + comboing skills.
