Puzzle&Dragon’s newest aggregate tier list is up now!
Happy Golden Week everyone! Probably no one here reading is in Japan, but Golden Week event in Japan gave out a ton of freebies and events for us to consider. And with that, yet again, gave us a number of REM options to spend our magic stones.
Currently in the JP server:
– 10-stone Super Godfest (Part 1) is ongoing for another ~2 days
– 10-stone Part 2 starts after Part 1 ends
– Shaman King 6-stone REM ongoing, ends in ~8 days
– Sanrio Collab (Hello Kitty and Friends) starts in ~8 days
– … and still waiting on Devil May Cry collab news
Meanwhile, NA I believe has Monster Hunter Collab right now. As for my recommendation for rolling; Roll if you’re missing a majority (50%+) of the MH cards. Also emphasis on Rathian (3 poison resist Assist) if you don’t have a solid poison resist Assist already. Also the feeling of rolling ~50% diamonds feels pretty damn good; I know I had a blast rolling.
Finally, Fatalis is OP. 5500 attack when Lv. 110 and plussed. Has a good place in speed farming teams (arenas included), and can easily tackle “any” dungeon without prior research and clear quickly. Spikes to ~25 million damage by himself with just 1 L-match. Has been my go-to lead ever since. Though prepare for some tears and sacrifices if you’re unlucky and have to trade.
Now, onto JP:
10-Stone Super Godfest REM
I generally skip out on Seasonal REM (New Years, Beach, Halloween, Academy, Christmas, etc.) for this reason: because those 8* will someday appear in a 10-stone SGF anyway. Well here they are.
I generally consider these 10-stone REM with “special gems” (like this one, or that Chrono:Magia one 2-months ago) better than the normal 6*/7* GFE generic SGF. I usually get tempted out to roll a few times for a chance at the cute seasonal cards. Not bad to roll a few times to try your luck, in my opinion.
Shaman King Collab
Ah, Shaman King brings me back to the days of watching after school and Saturday cartoons. This collab brings Assist Evos on all of the cards from the REM. In my opinion, the attacker and the physical killer Assist is worth rolling for. Though, you’ll probably have dupes of those anyway if you’re rolling 10+ times and aiming for the diamonds.
Speaking of diamond 6*, I totally did not expect Asakura Yoh to be Tier 2 on the Aggregate Leader list. Instead I was looking more at Hao to take the lead (void damage as a buff, without using VDP, is great for rainbow teams). But alas, Yoh’s great active skill and easy 256x ATK + 75% shield won the support of many.
Rolling wise, anecdotally I rolled, in hopes of diamonds, until I got all the Golds, which took ~9 rolls on average. Though I recommend less if just going for the Killer Assists. The diamonds and their Assists are nice, but in my opinion not outstanding enough to splurge.
Some pretty funky cards for this grand collab renewal. Can’t say for certain about the value of this collab without the rates. Might just hold onto my stones to grab myself a cute Zela Kitty, or worse, trade for her. Wood cards master race.
Thanks for reading?
DISCLAIMER: (quoted from SetsuPAD)
On all current and future Aggregate/Tier lists: “Don’t take these ratings as fact; I encourage you to simply take them as a starting point for discussion to figure out which leads are actually the best for your specific situation.”
Cards you own that are not on these Tier Lists are not automatically non-viable, and cards you own that are on these Tier Lists are not automatically viable.
These tier lists pretty much assume BEST and OPTIMAL subs (often hard-to-acquire GFEs/collab cards) tackling hard dungeons (3-Player Rushes, Alt Arena, Arena 4, etc.) Therefore, their uses largely depend on your box, your progression in PAD, and personal puzzling + comboing skills.
